Uses of seamless pipe

The seamless steel pipe is made of perforated whole round steel, and the steel pipe without weld seam on the surface is called seamless steel pipe. According to the production method, seamless steel pipes can be divided into hot-rolled seamless steel pipes, cold-rolled seamless steel pipes, cold-drawn seamless steel pipes, extruded seamless steel pipes, and pipe jacking. According to the cross-sectional shape, the seamless steel pipe is divided into two types: round and special-shaped. The maximum diameter is 900mm and the minimum diameter is 4mm. According to different uses, there are thick-walled seamless steel pipes and thin-walled seamless steel pipes. Seamless steel pipes are mainly used as petroleum geological drilling pipes, cracking pipes for petrochemical industries, boiler pipes, bearing pipes and high-precision structural steel pipes for automobiles, tractors and aviation.

Uses of seamless steel pipes

1. General-purpose seamless carbon steel pipe are rolled from ordinary carbon structural steel, low-alloy structural steel or alloy structural steel, with the largest output, and are mainly used as pipelines or structural parts for conveying fluids.

2. According to different uses, there are three types of supply:
a. Supply according to chemical composition and mechanical properties;
b. Supply according to mechanical properties;
c, according to the hydraulic test supply. Steel pipes supplied according to categories a and b, if they are used to withstand liquid pressure, shall also be subjected to a hydrostatic test.

3. There are many kinds of seamless pipes for special purposes, such as seamless pipes for boilers, seamless pipes for chemical power, seamless pipes for geological use and seamless pipes for petroleum. Seamless steel pipes have hollow sections and are widely used as pipelines for transporting fluids, such as pipelines for transporting oil, natural gas, gas, water and certain solid materials. Compared with solid steel such as round steel, the steel pipe is lighter in weight when the bending and torsional strength is the same, and is an economical section steel. It is widely used in the manufacture of structural parts and mechanical parts, such as oil drill pipes, automobile transmission shafts, bicycle frames and steel scaffolding used in construction. 1. Seamless steel pipes for fluid transportation are general seamless steel pipes used to transport fluids such as water, oil, and gas.

2. Structural seamless steel pipes are seamless steel pipes used for general structures and mechanical structures.

3. Seamless pipes for low and medium pressure boilers:
Hot-rolled and cold-drawn (rolled) seamless high-quality carbon structural steel used in the manufacture of superheated steam pipes, boiling water pipes and locomotive boilers for various low and medium pressure boilers, large smoke pipes, small smoke pipes and arch brick pipes Steel Pipe.

4. Seamless square tube for high pressure boiler:

5. High pressure oil pipe for fertilizer equipment:
It is mainly used to transport high temperature and high pressure fluid pipelines on fertilizer equipment, and high frequency welding is mostly used. A hole equal to the outer diameter of the tube is punched at each end of the mandrel bar as an electrode; then a short round rod is inserted between the two holes for welding to complete the entire process.
