By adjusting the ratio of combustion gas and combustion supporting air, the O2 content in incineration waste gas is controlled below 2. Under the maintenance of nitrogen, the radiation tube will be corroded due to the effect of excessive oxygen oxidation and nitriding.

If the conditions and funds permit, large heat exchanger should be installed to preheat the air for the first time by using the waste heat discharged outside the plant (up to 390 ℃), and then the air will be preheated for the second time after entering the heat exchanger in the radiant tube of the burner, so as to improve the temperature of combustion supporting air.

When the temperature of SiC radiant tube is 400 ℃ (furnace temperature), it is strictly forbidden to open the furnace cover and disassemble the burner and heat exchanger to prevent the high temperature radiant tube from shortening and forming cracks when encountering cold air.
