  1. Wear resistance:
    The lining ceramic of wear-resistant ceramic tube is mainly made of high-purity alumina, which is made of ceramic material through a special sintering process. .
  2. Corrosion resistance:
    Wear-resistant ceramics are stable α-alumina formed by alumina powder calcined at a high temperature of about 2000°C. They have stable chemical properties and are difficult to react with acid and alkali, so they can resist most acid and alkali corrosion.
  3. High temperature resistance:
    The wear-resistant ceramics are originally sintered in a high temperature environment, and the lined ceramics can work normally in an environment of more than 1000 degrees, but the wear-resistant ceramic tubes are bonded together by a binder. The high temperature resistance limits the temperature resistance of the pipeline, so the temperature resistance range of the general wear-resistant ceramic pipe is -20 ℃ – 500 ℃. However, wear-resistant ceramic tubes produced by mechanical self-locking or one-piece molding avoid the limitation of adhesives and can withstand high temperatures of 1000 °C.

    The wear-resistant ceramic tube lined with ceramic has high smoothness and small connection gap, and shows good durability for large particle erosion and gas dust erosion.
  5. Light weight, saving manpower and material resources:
    Compared with high chromium cast iron and cast stone pipes, wear-resistant ceramic pipes have low density and light weight. It is convenient for installation, transportation and maintenance, reduces the load of the support and hanger, and saves manpower and material resources.
